This is the quote I embraced when I first stepped onto my yoga mat twelve years ago. While I do not pretend to have solved every aspect of my conundrums or that I am completely liberated from suffering, or even that I did all my growth work through Yoga; I credit much of my found embodiment to my Yoga practice.

If you are looking for a teacher that will always be fun and peppy; I’m not for you. If you are looking for a teacher that will do her best to hold space for you as you grow, I am your woman.

I am a teacher, a yoga therapist, an ayurvedic practitioner and a person with good intentions.
